"On the first night, we had an issue with the air conditioning, so they gave us another room. However, the safe box in that room didn’t work either, so we had to move to yet another room. The first room was actually better and nicer. The last room we were given was on the ground floor. Overall, I didn’t receive the level of service I expected."

The location is fantastic, on a quiet road but just a short walk to Golden Beach, conveniently close to restaurants, a kiosk, supermarket, and a coffee shop. The hosts were absolutely wonderful – warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. "

"So everything here is top notch. The service and the staff are amazing, the pool villa is a pleasure, the food allthough not that diverse had a good quality and taste. So for an all-inclusive experience it is 5 stars. Not what you would expect but better. "
