"Only here for a night. Obstacle course to get to the hotel from the airport terminal. Wish they had mentioned that so I could have accepted the paid pickup. But once I got to the hotel it was like entering a haven. Everything about the place was wonderful. This is the second IHG Express I have stayed at this year. The first at Melbourne City & now Kolkata & both of equal standard. Generous room size. Great amenities. I enjoyed everything about both hotels & shall look for them in my future...

"One night in Kolkata before our flight home and wanted to treat ourselves. Fantastic service, all staff very helpful and accommodating, nothing way too much.
