"This was an unfortunate stay in an otherwise great trip. When we arrived they had no record of our booking even though it had been prepaid. We felt that since we had phoned ahead contingency plans should have been put in place before we actually arrived. As it was we had to wait and hour for alternative accommodation was sourced.
