"This hotel accepts reservations but doesn’t staff their reception. I arrived at 9pm and the whole thing was shut down. Residents of the building that were entering told me there’s no reception. I had to book a different hotel and I’m struggling to get refunded now."

"Great location and room. Only issue I had was that Expedia did not share my phone number nor email with the property owner. Due to F1 race traffic and road construction, we got there 90 minutes later than planned. I found the number for the manager and he told me where to pick up the room key at a business nearby. He told me he would have contacted me if he had my information. Only a small problem that did not reflect on the rest of our stay!"

"The place is in a great location. Train/Buses very close by so moving around city is easy. The check in process was a bit tough. I was sent a code to open box and that was not the right one. So 4 people standing outside for 45 min while we waited on response. Once inside the apartment was laid out nice. The biggest issues we had were with the over condition on apartment. The bathroom smelled so musty and mold growing all over the shower curtain and shower walls. It was terrible to even...
