"The apartment/hotel was very clean and tidy with an interesting lay out. The bed was on the mezzanine floor with the downstairs area a seating area leading to bathroom. "The apartment is very centrally located to the sights, the Riva, the restaurants and shops. We were lucky to find parking on the road above the apartment. You need to walk quite a few steps to the apartment. Since the apartment is on a hill it's quite a climb especially with luggage. The apartment is duplex with the bedrooms on 1 level and the kitchenette, dining table and 2 big terraces with a spectacular view. The owner was extremely helpful as we had come with a whole lot of wet clothes...

"This is a really great little hotel. Perfect location, walkable to everything. The manager met us at the ferry and carried our bags up to the hotel( loads of stairs). The breakfast was made to order with many options and was delicious. The staff were all hard working and helpful. The room was smaller but very clean and had a view of the water! Would definitely recommend while staying in Hvar."

"We had a wonderful stay at Vila Lacman, the room was clean, light and airy. There was everything you would need in the kitchen and there was cold water in the fridge when we arrived, which was very well received. It is close to a supermarket which has an amazing restaurant above, we ate there twice. Quite a hike up from the port but well worth it. Would definitely stay there again if we are ever in Hvar. The Lacman family were lovely hosts."
