"I booked Deluxe king room online but I was given twin bed room without any concession . When I asked they said they don't have any other room available. It is not how it's shown in picture online. The floor, bed , AC was run down, sheets, towels had stains. It was terrible dusty overall. The room was unclean We would like to get refund or least some money back. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"Booked a stay here during my first and only trip to the holy pilgrimage town of Jagannath Puri in Odisha. Chose it mainly for proximity to beach and to the location of a large festival I was attending— this worked really well for me. Not sure how far it is from major sights, temples, and shopping, but I was able to get around fine by foot and in autos.
