"Upon arrival, I approached the front desk to check in. The girl that was standing there snapped at me that she was in the middle of a check in and I needed to wait. No one else was standing there, so it took me by surprise at how she spoke to me, as if I should have known. However, she did apologize for the wait and thanked me for being patient once the woman returned and completed her check in. The other lady was very helpful and provided recommendations I had requested for dinner across the border. The hotel was very clean. They offered Starbucks brewed coffee 24/7, which was nice since there isn’t a local coffee shop. There is a Dunkin Donuts down the street if you like their coffee though! We were disappointed because we decided to just eat dinner at the hotel since they offer a full menu and bar. When we tried to go in, we were told their POS system was down and they could not open. That was disappointing but we found a distillery, restaurant and hotel not far in Ranier. The breakfast offered a great selection of foods! The gym wasn’t quite up to par as far as equipment. Overall, we were very happy with our stay with a couple minor inconveniences."
