"Though we went there on a day where the sky was overcast and dreary..it contrasted very well with the next day when the weather took a turn for the better. Pity though we thought we could see something in the waters but not much..just a bird or 2 dipping into the water for a fish. It can be quite private though moving of luggage was impossible with the flight of stairs. The unit next to us could see us but we could draw the blinds if we wanted. "The room is small but clean and functional with a tiny kitchen area. It’s in a good location. However, there are three major issues. First, the check in is very confusing. I didn’t get any instructions until I checked out the next day! It turned out that you have to get the key from a different hotel at a different location. "Vor 2 Jahren waren wir bereits hier und es hatte uns so gut gefallen, dass wir sehr gern wiedergekommen sind. Toll ist, dass es boch immer die leckeren Waffeln zum selbstbacken gibt, wie damals schon. Es ist herrlich so empfangen zu werden und die Wagfeln mit gutem Kaffee zu genießen. Auch das Zimmer war wieder gut. Hier sind wir gern gewesen."

"Dårlig rengjort bad. De skulle gå over det, men ingen forskjell, fortsatt mye hår fra tidligere gjester flere steder, bl.a rundt vannglass. Fikk byttet rom, badet på dette var renere, men håndsåpedispenser var tom og vasken tett. Middelmådig frokost. Uhygienisk med brød som alle gjester må ta på for å skjære skiver, burde vært kun ferdig oppskjært brød."

"This hotel had a dinner buffet for weary travelers. Staff was very helpful and genuinely enjoyed making our stay extra nice. Breakfast was excellent with many choices of wholesome food; fresh bread, cheeses, smoked salmon were my favorites."
