"A pleasant location to lie on a sunbed for a couple of hours staring out at the reef break. Everybody is friendly and remembers names. The hill hike was great. My room was ocean view...decent size and a 45 deg outlook over the pool to the water. Steakhouse was a fave dining spot. Absolutely no hassles ..."

"We had an absolutely amazing family stay at the beach house. Slight miscommunication with our rooms but the staff dealt with it professionally and ensured we were comfortable had what we needed. The kids loved the kayaks, snorkelling, table tennis and horse riding. We will definitely be back! Beautiful ..."

"A lovely and well presented set of villas right next to spa, dining, groceries and fuel. Across the road from beach with some additional on beach facilities. Nice big pool and quite deep. Great for tall people but requires watchful eye on kids. A very nice balance of local and tourist community."

We went on the Sagatoka River Safari, which was a fantastic, fun way to see the countryside and meet the local village people and participate in traditional welcome ceremonies. An informative and humbling experience. A truly great day out.

This is a very small town with hardly any shops. I suggest you buy duty free alcohol and walk to the local shop 2kms away and buy the coke or lemonade makes for a cheaper holiday. Take the bus to Signatoka the nearest large town.

The club house on the beach (offered by the villas) looked like it would have been a nice facility but was closed up (maybe because it was out of season). The stretch of beach between the club house and the jetty was littered with broken glass.
