OUTRIGGER Fiji Beach Resort

"We absolutely had the best time ever, the most gracious and easy stays we've ever experienced. The staff were loving, peaceful and so helpful. The staff at Kana Restaurant were the highlight of our trip, with always accommodating my son with his dietary needs. We absolutely were gutted to leave and would definitely visit here again. Thank you so much Outrigger for such an amazing and unforgettable experience."

"A perfect stay at this beautiful resort. The staff was exceptional, the dining/food options were great for a weeklong stay. We had a Club Level room, which gave us access to free breakfasts, high tea and happy hour appetizers daily - the BEST! The Club Level also has its own pool perched on the hill with a beautiful view, with internet access/work area and a fun place to play cards. The beach is beautiful & it’s fun to watch it change with the tides - the low tide sandbar is awesome! So many activities and entertainment options, but also nice to lounge around at the many pool, sand and grass area loungers and cabanas. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend!"
Fiji Hideaway Resort and Spa

"Pros- The bures were really spacious and the beds comfy, gardens lush and well maintained. Breakfast had enough choice. Staff were very nice and helpful. Cons- The resort is definitely in need of maintenance everything is starting to look like it’s falling apart particularly around the pool restaurant area. We didn’t have a hot shower the whole time we were there. The food was just ok and not many options around."

"The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the outside shower in our bure was FABULOUS! Menus provided a good selection and staff were so kind; they always remembered our names. If you want an active day, best plan on organizing your own activities. If all you want is to have is a lazy swim or go snorkeling, read a good book and have a nap, the is the place for you. Super chill, super relaxed. We didn't have our own transportation but were able to get to various destinations via the local bus, mini bus, taxi, and, of course, the express bus. Be prepared to be calm and flexible with waiting for your bus; sometimes they're full and you have to wait for the next one that, surprisingly, shows up quite quickly."

"The staff were wonderful and the place is beautiful. The gardens are very well maintained. There are activities everyday and music in the evenings. The people living in the village next door are very friendly and the children are very nice and respectful. The spa is wonderful. The chefs are friendly and answer any questions you may have about local food."

"A true immersion in Fijian culture, and a lovely island resort. Definitely not 5* but well looked after. The staff was very friendly, always enjoying what they were doing. On the negative, the snorkel is negligible. No coral at all, just a few fish."

"Our room overlooked the sea and we had a patio on the second floor. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. Our room was maintained daily which was nice to come back and have a fresh bed and towels. The connivence of having little shops on the premises and very local enough to walk to with a sunny view and sunset view in the evenings was something else. Would 1000% go back if for nothing else but to see the family we made whilst staying. 🌸❤️🙏"
Tambua Sands Beach Resort - Adults Only

"Massively disappointed. We booked & paid for a private plunge pool bure and arrived at the hotel to find we had a been allocated a beach front bure. The hotel did nothing to compensate or reimburse the difference in cost. Look at the bad reviews on most booking platforms, it seems to have happened regularly at Tambua Sands."
