Prima voor één nacht

Wij hadden denk ik de verkeerde kamer, helemaal in de nok van het huis. Drie hoog, zonder lift. De kamer stonk naar riolering en had twee Velux ramen. Het is dat wij moe waren maar de spiralen kwamen door de matrassen. Het ontbijt maakte veel goed, wat een hoeveelheid aan mogelijkheden, het zag er prachtig uit.

Speciaal met de verschillende thema kamers. Goede ligging, rustig en op wandelafstand van het centrum. Fantastisch ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk onthaal.

Dat er geen hors aanwezig zijn in de venster dat zou leuk zijn omdat de muggen anders goed aan de slag kunnen .

Uniek waren het bijzondere ontbijt en de themakamers, die mooi maar helaas niet schoon waren. De douche zat vol schimmel, in de ontbijtzaal lagen vliegjes op de lambrisering en overal een laagje stof op! Gastvrouw was amper aanwezig en als ze er was, maakte ze geen praatje en deed geen moeite om te vragen naar onze bevindingen/ tevredenheid . Zelfs niet bij het uitchecken. Het is te zien dat dit hotel ooit zijn glorietijden gekend heeft, maar dat de vrouw des huizes niet langer haar prioriteit bij het hotel en de gasten heeft liggen. Heel erg jammer! Wij komen niet meer terug!

Hôtel très sympa et petit déjeuner de rois !

L'hôtel est propre et très bien placé, les chambres sont décorées avec goût. Mais le plus extraordinaire, c'est le petit déjeuner !! Je n'ai jamais vu un petit déjeuner aussi extraordinaire.

Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het stadscentrum en parkeren kan in de straat. Van binnen is het hotel een groot feest voor de liefhebbers van zoetigheid.

Joli lieu bien décoré mais aucun accueil : personne à notre arrivée ! Aons croisé une personne la veille au soir de notre départ. (un peu tard pour avoir des informations sur l'hôtel et les environs)... Par contre au moment de notre départ pas de soucis pour régler la note... A noter une literie déplorable bruyante avec des ressorts qui peuvent faire mal... Quel dommage car le lieu est agréable

Chambre spacieuse, très moderne et propre. Rien à redire. Peut être juste un défaut à corriger : le lit serait peut être à changer car un peu vieux (je parle du matelas). Sinon je recommande vivement cet hotel avec un parking juste devant dans un quartier très calme

Request room with a bathroom door!

The Full House Hotel is in a very nice & quiet area of Kortrijk. Reception opening hours are limited, but a door code is provided and keys are ready for later arrivals.The problem with that is, if there is a problem with the room received, there is no way to change rooms. I was travelling with a friend and requested twin beds, which we have received. The issue with the room, the "Smarties" room, was that there was absolutely no separation between the bedroom and the bathroom, no door, curtain or similar. The shower is facing the room and even the toilet is not separated from the room. This would be OK for 1 person, but definitely not for 2, not even a married couple. I'm sure that other rooms at the hotel are different though. So - careful when booking! The breakfast was outstandingly good!
