Great location

Lovely hotel at the end of the strip, staff were attentive and friendly. Snack bar was brilliant with good prices too

Prima locatie aan het strand

Heerlijk! Gewoon lekker uitrusten op een mooi complex. Zeer verzorgd en indien je aan het strand wil zitten is dit een prima locatie op loopafstand van de winkels en restaurantjes.

Great experience, staff is very friendly.

This family owned hotel was just great. The snack bar menu is excellent and affordable. The staff are all very happy to accommodate any request. Front desk lady Bianca was super nice too. The hotel is jut by the beach and has a very nice garden. Couldn't ask for more.

What can I say. hotel and staff as per normal on the Greek Islands are very good. Staff very helpful and friendly. They couldn't do enough for us. We were late arriving because of easy jet. At the hotel reception when we arrived well past 1am there was still someone at the desk to greet us with a smile and the offer of any help we may need. The room was perfect and clean. It was cleaned every day with out fail. Air/con worked well, kettle and kitchen wear were all clean. Pool and the rest of the hotel also clean and always plenty of staff around to serve and help you with anything you may need. Over all very happy with the Akti Dimis.

Great hotel in excellent location

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Over the road from the beach and 10 mins walk to the bars/restaurants. Burger at the hotel was delicious! Only stayed for 2 nights, but would definitely go back.

Qualita',prezzo e soprattutto posizione ottimi

Siamo stati in questo bellissimo hotel per 12 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il personale e' stato gentilissimo e disponibile.L'hotel ha una bella piscina con lettini gratis e sempre liberi, un sevizio di snack bar con degli ottimi panini e un buon bar. Molto curati gli spazi esterni. La camera è arredata con il minimo indispensabile,piano cottura e stoviglie contata,ma tutto funzionale(a parte la doccia da migliorare),in più con aria condizionata gratis! Cambio lenzuola e teli ogni 2 giorni,pulizia giornaliera della camera buona. La posizione e' spettacolare...per andare in spiaggia devi solo attraversare la strada e ti ritrovi su una bellissima spiaggia con sabbia bianca e un mare sempre caldo e cristallino. I lettini (comodissimi) sono a pagamento ad un prezzo basso,in più c'e' la possibilità di ordinare da bere e da mangiare sotto l'ombrellone. Inoltre si può ammirare un bellissimo tramonto dalla spiaggia. Nei dintorni c'e' tutto quello che può servire: market,noleggio,ristoranti, pub,fermata bus per Kos città. In 5 min. a piedi sei in centro a Tigaki in tutta sicurezza. La wi-fi e' gratis:buono il segnale nelle aree comuni e addirittura arriva fino in spiaggia. Ci ritorneremo!
