"Lovely little hotel. Not too busy, always easy to find somewhere to sit. Rooms. Great size with a lovely balcony. Grounds kept really well with beautiful flowers all around. "I booked around 6pm and when I got there they didn’t have a room. I was told to look elsewhere for a room and on top of that, they said they wouldn’t give me a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com! What s terrible start. Ages later they went and got the cleaner, who was probably having dinner with her family at 8pm, to ‘prepare a room for me’ which was apparently ‘locked for next season’.
Appalling room condition. Very very outdated, damp walls smelled so intensely I couldn’t sleep...

"Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön, leider ist es nur viel zu teuer für das, was es ist. Halbpension lässt zu wünschen übrig, man gibt extra viel geld aus für getränke und mittagsessen. Selbst beim Abendessen ist kein wasser inklusive. Für den Preis gibt es richtig gute all inclusive hotels. Der strand war nicht direkt beim hotel, man kann aber mit dem buggy hingefahren werden. Abends ab 21-22 Uhr war nichts mehr los im Hotel, keine Aktivitäten und Shows oder ähnliches. Etwas schade, würde mich...

"We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff at reception, the bars and restaurants were very helpful and friendly. We used the beach more than the pool but both were excellent.
