"Overall good place to stay. Only having problem with the lift bank where with only one available to use going to park floor. Its so troublesome for waiting or if out of service."

If you’re going on excursions out of town, there’s easy pick up from this hotel. The buffet breakfast at the in-house restaurant is decent. "Very family oriented resort! Close to the Imago mall but it’s not walking distance. You can grab and go to everywhere very easily. There was no hair dryer in the room so I had to ask for one. Breakfast buffet was very superb with various options from Malaysian food to Korean. "

"The buffet was okay. There is access to the pool at the Magellan Sutera as well. The staff is polite, but less attentive than what you'd expect from a five-star hotel. I wish the entertainment i.e. bowling, billiards etc. is on site. Instead, all entertainment including the jacuzzi are on the Marina Club, which is quite a walk you'd feel lazy to go to on a hot day. The water at the beach has trash. "
