Mildew on ceilings, smells
Location was great- right in center of town.
Room and bathroom was not clean and smelled like mildew. Very poor ventilation in my room which did not have a window. I saw black mildew on the ceiling of both the room and the bathroom. Sheets had yellow stains and bed was old. I did not feel comfortable staying in the room because of the mildew, smell and how unclean it is.
Wifi was super fast.
Staff were very nice.

エクスペディアのコールセンターの方のホテル側への迅速なご対応により早速、快適なお部屋へ移して頂きました。

Near Gaya Street, convenient but noisy
First, I arrived late due to delay. They assumed I will not arrive and give my room with window with others. So, I need to stay in a room without window one night, but without any refund of the price difference.
The other day, I changed to a room with window. However, the socket is outof order. The room with bad smell and dirty. The suspended ceiling with lots of large piece of black mould. Generally, horrible.
