Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
+ Near Tanjung Aru First Beach! if weather is in your favor + Water dispenser/fountain - Pricier than competitors - Rent your towels 5MYR - Poor condition and bugs - Check out only 12h-13h (can be negociated) - Quiet, too quiet street ? Almost no food options around but Grab is convenient Common bathroom Put together old furniture like KFC chairs? This was among the most expensive hotels I booked over the past month travelling in Malaysia, yet it was eventually the worst one. The management was quite friendly and tried to help, but it was confusing. If the weather is not optimal, you won't be able to enjoy the beach proximity and you'll be heading to malls. I thought I could just drop my bag and go visit, but check-in / out hours are odd, I thought also about leaving my bag before reaching the airport but again inconvenient. Sorry, but I was counting time before I could check-out and move on.
