"The location was great, but we were a bit disappointed with the extremely soft mattresses. We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. "Clean room, good breakfast, available free parking."

Radisson Hotel Szklarska Poręba

8/10 Good

"Hotel czysty i zadbany. Zaskakująco słaba izolacja dźwiękowa między pokojami. Śniadania i kolacja smaczne, urozmaicone. Efekt popsuła obsługa, która z założonymi rękawiczkami lateksowym i na dłonie, najpierw ścierką powycierala elementy bufetu a następnie tymi samymi poukładała pieczywo. Obrzydliwe."
