"We had a great stay at the hotel."

"This hotel is very well located. This was my second stay. They have a food court at the basement level, which has some excellent food. Great prices as well. The staff are always helpful. We had an issue with the pillows. 1 was very soft and the other very high and firm. When my partner asked for any other solution he wasn't helped much. I went back later in the pm and spoke to a young man who came up with a solution. I received however, 2 quilts?!!. I then left a note for the cleaner who serviced our rooms. They changed it. The room itself was comfortable and cleaned every day. The only downside is the very thin door and walls. I could hear every door bang, conversation in the corridors or in the adjacent rooms. This did wake me up a few times."

"Good location with local restaurant choices. Staff was friendly and property was clean. Breakfast buffet was for inconvenience, not quite worth it for the price and the choice of food."

"Well I guess you get what you pay for. The room is tiny and the bed was accessible from one side. Very old property and very tired. Was only for a couple of days on a stopover. Not much room to move around with two suitcases. Very small but does the job. The free shuttle into town was the highlight."

"We loved our stay at the Cityview! We were upgraded to a beautiful and spacious room with separate spaces for each of us (i was traveling with my son) as well as a desk/office area. The hotel was easily walkable to everything and if not, close to the metro."

"Convenient location right across from the museum and the famous stars bridge. Area surrounded by shops, restaurants and indoor food malls. Walking distance to the subway as well. My room has a beautiful view of the water and the opposite town, at night can see the laser light show from the buildings across the water."
