"The staff were helpful but not very flexible. The hotel entrance was difficult to find on both the 1st and 2nd floors, which made check-in a bit frustrating. If you’re arriving from the Sakuragicho direction, be prepared for a fairly long walk. Breakfast was just soso, and very crowded."
