建物内部は比較的綺麗。島内の飲食店の位置などをマップで説明してくれたのも助かりました。ただ、3泊したけど一度もシーツやタオルの交換がなく、部屋のゴミもそのまま。さすがにと思い3日目にタオル交換をお願いしたらまさかの追加料金。朝食場所に行くと、お好きなものをご自由にどうぞと言われたが食パンとヨーグルト程度。ドリンクも水と粉のインスタントコーヒーのみ。トイレ風呂洗面台は全て共用で好きな時間に使えない。グループ客が夜中騒いでおり寝つけず、スタッフも全く注意しない。総じてコスパ悪い。島自体は最高ですが次行くなら宿は絶対変えたいと思いました。

The location is very convenient, not far from other hotels I've booked. This has far brighter, cleaner rooms. The teal-colored yukata for sleeping are adorable. MIMARU Tokyo Shinjuku West
This hotel was perfect! Close to Shinjuku station! The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. We had a room next to the elevator which made us nervous for noise and we literally could not hear any noise. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
