Not really in the center tram right outside the customer service is really good Had some broken lamp in the room and scratch in the tv informed the reception on checkin. The water machine early had sparkling water . Bed is hard for whomever like it this way.

We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are clean, comfortable and absolutely massive! Bed was made every day, fresh towels provided and free bottled water to take with us on our busy days. Amazing value for the price, would 100% stay here again.
