It was overall just good. Fast WiFi. Good location (it's very close to the shopping mall and not too far from the old town). There is a supermarket in the same building. Absolutely recommended!

Ondanks dat we de eigenaars niet zagen, was er een duidelijke communicatie. Bij aankomst bleek het appartement heel modern en net te zijn. Ik raad hen aan.

Its definitly not a hotel its actually an apartment rental , the room smelled of cigarette smoke and the mattress was uncomfortable and it was very noisy, its definitely overpriced a d there are better hotels closer by

快適でしたが、レセプションがなく、宿泊の前日に電話して、携帯メッセージで部屋の鍵の受け取り方法を教えてもらえます。英語が苦手な人は少しハードル高いかも。ツインベッドは狭すぎでしたが、場所が便利で、部屋もよかったです。フロントがない点にご注意

De ligging was perfect een paar minuten lopen en je was in de stad! Wat minder goed was is dat we met 3 personen ook maar 3 handoeken hadden voor 3 dagen ze kwamen niet schoonmaken en er was geen receptie om op de kamer te komen moesten we een soort escape room spelen.

Nice room

The hotel room was great, plenty of room and all kitchen utensils. Good location and only minutes to the Christmas market and shopping center, Galleria. The hotel was hard to locate on the first night and the people at the front desk are worthless for any help .You are on your own once you get the keys,I had a local help me call to find the keys to the Apt. There is no one to help with any local info or tours you must go outside the building and start asking , The internet is the best way to get info , trying to directions from the staff at the desk is wasted time.

Very good place, drawbacks if important to you; no reception and not possible to place luggage at early arrival or late departure. Some noise on the railway side from traffic.

Excellent experience!

A great apartment-hotel in very good location in Krakow. Clean, spacious, modern and open rooms with a kitchen and living area. Very close to main train station and galleria and a very short walk to old town. If I visit Krakow again, I will definitely stay here!

Good location within 10 mins walk to main sqaire, apartment ok, bed comfortable, bathroom could be cleaner - only two small thin bath towels provided for a 4 night stay which is ludicrous. Apartment very very warm no air confitioning, although wasnt expecting it to be 31degress so not complaining as fan was provided, but worth mentioning if your like me and cant sleep in heat!!

We had a large one bed apartment with all kitchen equipment including washing machine. The only downside was the noise from the other apartments especially the person above us who started playing his music loud at 05:00! Great location for shopping mall, bus/train station and a short walk into Old Town. There is a mini supermarket & Neros on the doorstep and other restaurant close to hand.

Apartment ligger lige ved siden af Central stationen,så det er nemt at finde den.Selvom er det meget trafik omegn er apartment er godt lydisolerende.Man kan sagtens sove helt til middag,bliver man ikke forstørret af gades lam.Lejligheden er nyrenoveret,soveværelse er godt indrettet med gode senge med faste madrasser.Sengetøj var i en god kvalitet,som lovet i apartments beskrivelse.Jeg vil booke den igen.

Great apartments, tidy, well kept and modern. Brilliant location, only 10min walk to the main square. Great price and good communication with tenant regarding any problems or questions with anything. Instructions to check-in and out are very clear.
