Efficient, comfortable and convenient.

Excellent accommodation right close to the center of Krakow main square / Rynek. Clean and quiet neighborhood with all the amenities of bars, restaurants and shops, with easy access to transport. Check in and check out was very efficient and the team was great in providing support during my stay. Definitely recommend this property.

Everything was good after they repaired a couple of things that didn't work on arrival. A couple of recommendation for the managers: a few more hangers would be good and a few little shelves would be helpful around the bed and in the bathroom.

The apartment well appointed but very small and dark, balcony around which allowed people to congregate outside our window smoking. Other holiday makers opposite to our window each time passing triggered the light above the door light straight into my eyes in bed as curtains very thin not blocking the light. Access to double bed only on one side! Overall not recommended for more than one person! Certainly not for two!

Unfortunately, this accommodation was far from a pleasant experience. Despite staying for several days, basic necessities like a clean towel were outright denied, with the host insisting they are not a hotel. While expectations for a short-term stay may differ, common courtesy and hygiene should still be upheld. What made the situation worse was the host’s extremely aggressive and hostile attitude when a clean towel was requested. The level of confrontation over such a simple request was completely unnecessary and made the stay uncomfortable. If you're looking for a stress-free and welcoming place, I would strongly advise against staying here. The hassle simply isn’t worth it.

Bra val av boende.

Hotellet är bra placerat, gångavstånd till centrum. Kiosk finns 1 minut ifrån , vilket var väldigt bekvämt. Doftar lite unket, men i helheten så var det väldigt bra standard. Bekväm säng, hade önskat lite bättre kuddar då dem var väldigt tunna. Skulle definitivt rekomendera bekanta att bo här vid en vistelse i staden. Vi var ett par som stannade 4 nätter.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist sehr gut an jegliche öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch der Flughafen sind sehr gut und in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist praktisch eingerichtetet und bietet ausreichend Platz für 3 Personen inklusive Koffern und Co. Es fehlt jedoch etwas an Ausstattung in der Küchenzeile: wir hätten und beispielsweise neue Mülltüten gewünscht oder auch Geschirrhandtücher zum Abtrocknen des Bestecks und des Geschirrs. Außerdem wäre ein Besen oder ein Kehrblech zur eigenen Nutzung toll gewesen. In der Küche war für unseren Aufenthalt alles ausreichend vorhanden - Luxus wären hier noch eine Zwischengröße an Gläsern gewesen, denn hier gab es nur kleine Kurzegläser oder extrem große Gläser zum Trinken. Im Badezimmer ist ein Regal oder ein Schrank als zusätzliche Ablagefläche wünschenswert. Das hat eindeutig gefehlt. Das Ein- und Auschecken hat hervorragend und ohne Komplikationen funktioniert.
