"Had an incredible stay here and an amazing time in krakow. The front desk were more than helpful with directions and recommendations and the fab fusion restaurant on site was fantastic also. I dont have any negatives about our stay here. We truly enjoyed the hotel and the city"

"Good, clean hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning, so you need to keep the window open. Since the hotel is located on a busy tourist street, it can be quite noisy at night. The hotel does provide earplugs, though. No magnet room keys either. Quite uncomfortable to care key with a knob in pocket and they provide only one. There is internet but the signal is low and speed is slo w."

"Our room had 3 bathrooms, and 2 primary suites with 2 jacuzzi type tubs. Great size, value, and breakfast. Right on the main square. So close to the action. Front desk helped arrange a ride to the airport which was about $40. Would definitely stay here again."
