Schmutziges, unbequemes Bett

Die Matraze war schmutzig und durchgelegen, ein Lattenrost nicht vorhanden, man schlief mit dem Gefühl zur Seite zu fallen. Das trübte das Gesamturteil sehr. Frühstück war ok, ein etwas eigenwilliger Kaffee. Das WLAN ging bei meiner Freundin nicht. Bei mir schon. Ich werde das Hotel nicht wieder besuchen. Auch wenn mir klar ist, dass Krakau teuer ist, ich habe schon in Mehrbettzimmern bequemer gepennt.

Ok hotel outside Cracow.

We reserved this hotel becauce we had a morning flight and we had a rental car. It had short drive to the airport. Breakfast was ok and the room was quite big. There was almost nothing in the surrounding area. the clocest store was 500 m away.

Een fijn hotel op een rustige locatie van Krakau.

Het waren ontzettende vriendelijke leuke jonge mensen, die echt zo hun best deden. De kamer die we oorspronkelijk gekregen hadden, lag aan een drukke weg en was erg klein. Deze hebben we gelukkig kunnen ruilen voor een veel mooiere, ruimere kamer ( dubbelkamer noemen ze dat) aan een rustige kant. Wij hebben bewondering voor deze jonge mensen die zo'n bedrijf op zich willen en kunnen nemen!! Chapeau!!!! Openbaar vervoer uitstekend. Voor de deur! Goed hotel om Krakau te bezoeken en in een rustiger omgeving te verblijven.

hade bokat hotellet väl kom till hotellet där fick man reda på att jag var inte bokad där alls utan på ett annat hotel fast man hade hotellbokningen med ditt som bevis påpekade att annat hotell med namn och att det var betalt ett hotell jag aldrig har betalt för el bokat el tittat på ,konstig bemötande och obehaglig information .det löste sig till sist med att få sitt rum ,men konstigt bemötande och hotellpersonal var aldrig den som möte gästen först utan man fick höra (vänta)fast man bara skulle ha exp nyckel till sitt rum el fråga om något allmännt . spelade inte någon roll på dygnet det var ganska så irriterade .
