"Great hotel on the main square of Krakow. Very clean and good food. We were very lucky to be given a free upgrade on arrival with a bottle of Prosecco and a bottle of red wine on our last night. Will definitely book again."

"Location excellent. Staff pleasant, but did not find answers to queries on dietary requirements. Noisy rooms on street side. Air-conditioning poor - hot rooms. Did not have breakfast or dinner at hotel. Would return, but would require quiet room."

"The staff were friendly and helpful, each morning the breakfast was fresh and replenished constantly. The hotel is located very close to the main square, about 5 minutes walk and only 25 minutes walk from Glowny railway station."

"I stayed here from 4/16-4/21 while on vacation to Krakow Poland. The positives were that the room was clean, they did clean my room everyday, which was nice. The staff were not as welcoming as I had wished they were. I did ask if I room was ready early, sharing the fact that I had not slept on the way in due to a screaming baby on my flight, and I was denied. I waiting a couple more hours, asked again, and was yet denied. The second time I asked, it was around 1:30 pm. Also, had a charging bank for my phone. As I was trying to make sure I had the right adapters, and was confused a bit, I was not helped at all, and was sent on a goose chase, only to be told by the same reception desk staff that day that my charging bank was useless. Thankfully, it was not. Getting transportation from this location is hit or miss (ie Bolt or Uber) Most of the time, I had to walk to another location to catch these modes of transport. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Very rude staff. "
