"All excellent except the wifi in the rooms. Trying to connect and keep connect enough to complete work commitment was simply not possible. I found a fellow guest seated in teh corridor trying to complete work. Very disappointing and for the IT manager to continuously say it was something with my device and not the network was quite frustrating. My laptop had connected to the hotel network just fine at reception, but in the room the strength of the signal to my laptop impossible to work with. Otherwise, comfortable, great location and good staff."

"We had a great one night stay on our way from Bangalore to Ooty. Convenient location, very helpful staff and an expansive breakfast lay. We also had an excellent spa experience. The in-house EV fast charger is an added advantage. We would happily return to this property in the future."

"Very Nice property , good location , amazing food , price is also reasonable, breakfast buffet was also very delicious. Staff is really helpful and provided best service. 1 out of the 2 rooms although bieng of same category was smaller than the other. i happen to see a small cockroach in my bathroom , pest control could have been better. Rest its all good , Value for money hotel !!"

"The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on."
