"black mold in the bathroom over the shower? As a five star hotel this is very dissapointing. We could hear those in other rooms talk at some points. "Gorgeous hotel. Well priced. Central location. Breakfast was great. Huge selection. Highly recommend and if we are visiting Zakopane again would stay here. Right near shopping and restaurants. 5 minutes drive to cable car for Tatra mountains!!"
