The sofas were stained, and the overall cleanliness of the room was poor. Someone else’s shampoo was still in the bathroom, along with half-used hotel shampoo packets. There were also opened packaged food items left in the kitchen from previous guests. When I arrived around 12:00, the room was not ready and there was some confusion...
