"Great place to stay. Most friendly service I have encountered for years. Hotel isn't new, but in great condition and clean. Very good breakfast with variety of options. Food in the restaurant is excellent, although the time you need to wiat for the meal might be to long for many people."

"This is a gem! Fantastic value for money as far as I am concerned. Beautiful room, great restaurant menu and on Saturday they have a DJ liven up their cocktail bar. Free parking on sundays, easy parking in the near vincinity. They welcome pets for a reasonable fee and the staff was super welcoming. They have recently opened and are super aware of some minor issues, but they adrewsed them perfectly. I also found out that De Bij, in the past, was called De Mug, which was my elderly mum’s favorite...

"Très bel accueil à la réception et pour le petit déjeuner qui était très bon (moyennant supplément). La chambre était propre avec toutes les commodités de base. Le parking sécurisé derrière l'établissement ainsi que la proximité avec la gare sont de bons atouts. "

"Schitterende locatie aan het Veerse meer, heel rustig en leuke winkels en restaurantjes in de buurt. Comfortabele kamers met mooi uitzicht op de haven en het meer. Ontbijt en diner heel erg goed verzorgd door het heel gastvrije personeel. Vanuit Veere ook snel aan de kust en gezellige stadjes (Middelburg, Domburg...). Echt een aanrader!"

"My stay was just an overnight stop - but I can recommend this hotel for having comfortable beds, good showers, nice toiletries & welcoming staff. One important thing to note, especially if you are traveling with kids, is that car parking is in the residential streets around the hotel. This is free of charge after 21:00h and before 09:00h the next day - but I arrived just before 22:00h and had to park about 0.6 mile away. The weather was fine... but, on a rainy/cold night, this wouldn't be...
