"Fast service clean"

"I had an 18-hour layover in Amsterdam and the location of this hotel was perfect for this occasion. Spacious rooms, non-smoking, beautiful views of gardens, quiet, good gym on the top floor, sunset view from the top floor was amazing, shuttles to and from airport but they stop between midnight and 6am (I took an Uber which was great). "I won't recommend them to anyone. Had to ask for towels, basics. Cleaner just emptied bins and no other cleaning. Considering there's no activity or restaurants around the area. It's not worth the stress and $$$"

"** READ & AVOID THIS HOTEL ** We have stayed there many times but now never again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel! The disgusting lack of cleanliness in the room was our main issues. We went to sleep in the bed, we noticed there was no sheet, when we pulled back the fitted sheet it was stained! There was approximately 6 or 7 different stains on the sheet! We complained they sent up cleaning staff & she went to put the new fitted sheet on it also was also stained. Nobody is bothering to check if...

Bovendien hing in die doorloop een buizenframe wat dienst deed als een soort kapstok. Aan dit rek stootte je hoofd als je niet oppaste. Als je 's-nachts uit bed wilde (in donker) kon je gemakkelijk je hoofd stoten. Tot slot was die houten bak deels open, hier kan allemal stof onder terecht komen. Erg onhygiënisch! "Sehr gutes Hotel, sehr sauber, super hilfsbereites Personal und gut gelegen. Nur mit dem ÖPNV dauert er verglichen mit dem Auto sehr lange um in die Stadt zu kommen."
