There was some kind of flooding from the Garbage room next to my room. It stank like vomit and they just hooked up a fan to dry it out but all it did was spread the stink more and make a lot of noise for the whole week. Then the host had the audacity to deduct 100RM from my safety deposit because they blamed me for some spillage in the elevator that was already there when I entered, but never apologized or offered to change my room because of the nasty stink. And then send another 100 RM fine email for leaving a small bag of trash outside my door that I was planning to take to reception to ask where to dispose of it because there are no bins anywhere and when you fill up the trash can in your room you have to call to request a cleaning service for which they also charge. Then the same night 2 men came banging on my door at 11:20PM telling me to open the door and come out to discuss the small bag of trash I left by my door. Basically everything and anything you do you will be either fined and asked to pay for a service.

8日から4泊しました。口コミ評価が9.2と高かったですが、残念な所が多かったです。 最大の難点はチェックインの対応。日本の民泊の様で、ロッカーから鍵を受け取り、チェックインするするスタイル。フロントはアパートの管理会社で、オーナーとは別。相談しても分からないの回答。こちらも慣れてなかったのですが、オーナーからのロッカー解除の暗証番号の連絡忘れがあり、部屋に入れず、早朝に1.5時間ロビーでオーナーとのやり取りで疲れ果てました。次回はフロントのあるアパートにしたいです。良かったのは警備員さんでオーナーに連絡つくまで一緒に検索してくれました。ありがとうございました。 部屋は綺麗ですが、清掃は有料、タオル交換は1回は無料もその後は有料でまあまあなお値段でした。次回はその辺りをよく確認して予約します。場所はブギナナス駅まで5分、ダンワンギ駅まで10分位で便利でした。 １階のコンビニも24hで便利だし、ベーカリーも高いけど美味しかったです。ロケは良いので海外民泊に慣れた旅行者には良いかも知れません。

Appartement très spacieux, emplacement très pratique. Par contre, appartement assez mal insonorisé (voies rapides et Muezzin) et peu équipé au niveau de la cuisine. Quelques odeurs de cigarette malgré un environnement smoke free. Nous avons globalement apprécié notre séjour

清潔で広々。眺望も素晴らしかった。 乾燥機が効きが悪く、少量を３時間かけても湿っていた 諦めて部屋干しした 窓に隙間があり, 外の車の音がうるさかった。

Apartamento precioso. Cocina equipada. Hubo un problema con la vitrocerámica de inducción que solucionaron tan pronto lo comuniqué. El apartamento es bastante ruidoso y hay muchos niños en la piscina armando escándalo. La zona no es la mejor, pero el apartmento y las instalaciones son fabulosas.

初めてのマレーシアでわからないことばりでしたが、メールで親切に対応していただけました。 お部屋も清潔ですし、設備が充実しており困ることはなかったです。 お湯を使うときは洗面室のスイッチの20Aをonにする事が大事だと学びました。 何度も問い合わせしたにも関わらず、本当に親切にご対応頂きありがとうございました。
