Disappointing

Very disappointing. Very dirty room, we had it “cleaned” everyday. But only cleaning they know is to empty the trash can. Hair from other people everywhere, spiderwebs and ants in the room. The service is terrible, have to go ask for room cleaning before noon everyday. We didn’t get all the amenities as we were supposed to have it our room. No water cooker or fridge as it was supposed to be. The hotel people did not care to change or fix anything. Only good thing on our 7 day stay there was the free water bottles.
