The check in queue took me 50minutes but once you get to the registration counter, it was fast and efficient. The unit itself was very nice, particularly enjoyed the wood floor. view of genting from master bedroom at night was clear. the drainage in the master shower was not great, water pooled a lot and went to sink area, and slight smell from the bathroom. bed was comfortable, and the living room was spacious

Nice cozy vacation for a couple

Location is not at the main Genting Highland area. Need to take a local taxi which takes about 15 mins unless coming up from Kuala Lumpur. About the hotel, located at a quiet corner. It seems popular with tourists. A short 10 mins walk to the nearby restaurants. Nice nature view from the hotel view.

All is good except the Lift! We were at 33A, there no chance of get in! Need to squeeze in 1 family member at a time and all meet at the level where our car was parked. The whole process took about 1 hour! No joke. The management need to look into this…
