The room is very clean and spacious. The location is also quite convenient as there's many grab or food panda available in this location. It's also within walking distance with KLCC

良かった点 ペトロナスツインタワーのあるKLCC駅の隣駅すぐの立地です。分かりやすいので初めてのマレーシアでも迷う心配はありません。近くにモールがあり、お酒等も買え、マクドナルドは24時間営業だったと思います。部屋は広く、優雅な気分に浸れます。スタッフの方は親切でした。 気になった点 毎日の清掃は行き届いていましたが洗面台周辺に蟻よりも小さな虫が度々出現する点は少し気になりました。 ランドリー施設があると尚嬉しかったです。

部屋は快適です

部屋の広さはさすが5つ星と言う感じで広々としており、テンションがあがりました。一方タオルの質が悪く、私の部屋のものは大きいタオルの糸がほつれていたり、小さいタオルは穴が空いていたりとえ？と思うようなものも。。またスタッフの感じの良さに結構差があるようにも思えました。女性スタッフは笑顔が少なく話しかけにくいです。全客室にThe Clubへのアクセスがあるようですが、一般的にイメージするクラブフロアのラウンジと違って、アクセスできるだけで有料なので何のメリットがあるのかこの特典の意味が理解できません。と厳しい意見を連ねましたが概して良いホテルです。

messy check-in

Check in was messy and disappointing. Was given a room key that doesn’t work and was possibly occupied by another guest. Such mix up is not acceptable.

Ideale Lage,

Gute Lage direkt an einer MRT Station. Taxi Bestellung dauerte sehr lange (30 Minuten) Ansonsten sehr sauber und modernes Hotel.

3 star stay for 3 star price

The place is ok for the price. There was building work going on so some noise and drilling. The sauna was always off and is so large it took forever to heat so I didn’t get to use it. The staff are hidden in a corner office. You had to look for them. It’s situated in a business/office block so you don’t have the relaxing hotel feel. Everyone is rushing in and out for work around you. It’s close to the train station so it’s convenient too. It’s not bad for the price but it doesn’t feel like a 5star at all.

Excellent ,We would recommend for city vacation

Great location, close to plenty of shops, places to eat and things for families to do. We were pleased with the friendly staff and beautiful hotel - where thanks to the comfortable bed we slept well.

Confortable stay but the worst breakfast selection

Room & Service is very good, confortable & bed is good. The only one thing that is the worst, i repeat, worst, is the breakfast. Of all of my hotel stay, i havent encounter such a small or such a tiny selection of breakfast. I’ve paid around like USD100 per night & this is not what i’ve expected for the breakfast. Asides from being such a small selection, the quality of the bread, omg, when i cut it to half with my knife, my knife almost broke. The bread is even harder than a stone (i didnt toast it). Really, aside from the breakfast, the room is comfortable, i had a very good sleep, nice bed & very big pillows. To me, after a good night sleep & the next morning going to breakfast & saw what is being offered, makes me think that, really? I paid so this amount & this is it?

清潔感あるホテル。駅からも近いしテレビ放送、映画の無料鑑賞、コーヒーサービスありがたい。 観光地にもショッピングにもいきやすい。 コンセントの位置が不便 フロントが11階なので初めてだと分かりにくい。タクシーを呼んでもらおうにもなかなか対応できなかった様子。

Hotel itself is nice but the check-in process was disappointing. The staff got confused about the type of room I booked and wanted to downgrade my room until I showed proof that I booked and paid for the more expensive type. When I got to the room it had not been cleaned and I had to call for a cleaner to clean it up before settling in (there were no alternative rooms). Finally, the safe was faulty and my valuables were stuck inside - it took the hotel staff half an hour to get it out. Luckily I didn't wait to I needed to leave for my flight to realise this.
