KL layover

It was a comfortable place to stay for a layover. 30-40 mins from the airport. Our room was on the 18th floor and had a kitchen and living area in addition to the bedroom. There was a nice outdoor pool with loungers on the ground floor. Shaftesbury Square was a short walk away with a number of places to eat and Starbucks. Our only complaint is that when we checked in we asked if we needed to book a taxi for our 4am departure for the airport. The staff member said we could just check out and a taxi would take 5 mins to pick us up. This was not the case. No Grab taxis were available and the guy on the desk struggled to find us a ride. Eventually he succeeded and we made it to the airport in time.

5days4nights, twin beds room ~we killed 5 cockroaches in the room==" ~there was no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby ~there was found a yellow dot(dirty) on bed linen, unfortunately found not found by room attendants, so we actually slept one small bed with those 4 nights==" ~there was found much hair in the bathroom floor even we requested to clean room every days

Our room didn’t look like the pictures at all, it was rundown. Couldn’t use the fan without the lights on, no instructions for this. The pool is not available 24hrs, which we weren’t told. Housekeeping, only the bed was made up. On 2nd day, only the sheet was straightened. Wouldn’t stay here again, breakfast was cold & not appetising at all. Sandflies in the buffet fruit platter. Do not recommend this hotel. Very Disappointed.
