No more room available when we arrived, then we stay in 1 fanroom and 1 air-conditionroom, the rooms look dirty, no more to stay in the next time.

チャイナタウンの比較的綺麗な窓付きシングル

クアラルンプールにはシングルのよい格安宿が少ない。これまで何軒か試してみたが、今回のザトラベルハブは、値段が高い分、窓付きで、これだけでも大分気分が違ってくる。勿論、部屋自体は狭いが、相対的に綺麗ではある。ただ、宿泊者が多いと、トイレ、シャワーが混むのが難点。及び、観光税と称して一泊10リンギット徴集されたのも意外だった。

Centered located, helpful staff but no locks

Location is super great and the staff is helpful! But need to be aware that there is basically no locks everywhere including your shared room and hostel gate, seems like everyone can get in without any recognition. Some shower rooms r small but can go visit the other side( the bar side) it will amaze u! Two total different world!

Location is good, near to China town and the MRT station. The reception is 24 hours, and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. It is a nice choice for a budget trip.

チャイナタウンへのアクセスは便利。

ゲストハウスとしては、快適でした。 簡単な朝食が付いており、買いにいかなけばならない手間が省けた。 フロントでは、親切で丁寧な対応をして頂き、気持ち良く過ごせた。

The room is okay

The room is okay for the person who travels alone but it has no double lock and that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Luckily, the hotel guests in the other rooms were also nice as well as the staffs, so everything is just fine.

Racist receptionist ruined pur stay.

The man in reception ruined our stay there. He was rude with us when we asked him to sort out the cold shower situation. The se happened when we told him that wifi was not working on the rooms. On my last day, i checked out but i stayed in the hostel to use the bar, at some point, when i tried to use the pc of the hostel, he got ungry and started telling me that my mother shoube ashamed of me

エアコンがなくて朝まで寝れなかった。

スタッフは感じいいです。 朝食は無料なので場所はスタッフに聞いて下さい。 予約するとき内容をきちんと見ていなかった私が悪いのですがエアコンがついておらず日中は日が当たり夜も暑く全く寝れませんでした。 できれば全部屋エアコンを設置してほしい。

이동하기 편하지만 객실이 너무 좁음

저녁에 늦게 도착해 잠만 잘거면 추천 참고로 내방은 창문이 안닫기고 커튼도 고장난 상태여서 옷 갈아입는게 호텔 밖에서 다 보였음;;;;;;; 객실이 나에겐 좁았지만 직원이 친절함ㅎㅎ

Prison in KL

I left as my room looked more like a prison..and was so tiny it did not have room for my suitcase. It only had a fan.. Not a good idea in KL..but the staff was friendly and understanding.

うるさくて一睡も出来ません

2Fシングルエアコン窓付きに宿泊しましたが、夜間スタッフの男性達の話し声が朝まで響いてうるさくて滞在中は一睡も出来ませんでした。 まるで受付にベッドを置いて寝ているかのように筒抜けで、男性スタッフも足音を響かせながら大笑いしつつよく一晩中あんなに話す事があるなというくらいに話し続けます。 おかげで昼間に仮眠を取る形になり、体調も崩してしまい散々でした。 クアラルンプールに再訪した時は別の宿を探したいと思います。

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds!

I love going to the Travel Hub, as it's a relaxing guesthouse, with several social areas, and the staff are fantastic and very engaging. I have frequented there over the years, primarily because of this. It is a short walk from Pasar Seni sky train station, which is only one stop from KL Sentral - the main junction station, and in the heart of Chinatown. There is a bit of poverty in the area, which may be a shock to those unused to seeing it, but it is otherwise a safe neighbourhood. Talk with the staff if worried and they will gladly help you out.
