"Staff was great. Castle view I paid for, didn’t see the castle behind the shrubbery. No AC which we expected but also no ventilation. Couldn’t open window on ground floor for safety reasons so ended up with a downgraded room on 2nd floor so we could open door for air. Spa and pool was better than expected. Location was great for the fortress. Breakfast was good. "
