"Harry Hong Senior Manager and his staff was very professional, kind, caring, responsible and wonderful. Very clean, atmosphere very confortable, restaurant and Cafe was excellent food and service. Laundry room awesome to have and could workout at the gym while clothes was washing. Thank you for a great stay, Shibata"

"I loved this hotel, especially the view. The room was small but cleverly designed, with the ability to open a window for fresh air. The bed was comfortable although I did have to swap out a pillow for a softer option. The laundry was a bonus. In the lobby there are food, drink, water and coffee machines and a computer and printer. The staff were lovely and very helpful. At the top of a hill so be prepared for a walk."

"Had a nice time at this hotel! Room was spacious and clean, but the staff were the best. They were all very helpful, especially given I didn’t speak Korean, all of them were able to help me without hesitation which I really appreciated. Would stay here again!"

"The room was very clean. The beds were so comfortable with soft, puffy linens. The bathroom is amazing!!! I will say that it would be nice if there was some type of shower curtain. It wasn't too bad for me, but my 6ft. son tried to not make a water mess, but it was impossible. There are drains on the floor, but you still step out onto an extremely wet floor."
