"We have been to Golden Tulip hotels in different places, including Morni Hills ,Gurgaon and Goa. However please don't expect the same facilities, cleanness, service, ambiance. This is not a neat place at all, paint jobs on the walls is very shabby. The furniture needs polishing, its terrible. The windows, floors, linen were really dirty and smelly. "I booked this room based upon its location and its access to wi-fi. The entire time we were there we had no wi-fi. Location was a little out of the way though not too bad if you could get a tuk tuk. Tuk Tuks are readily available near the mall area but not around the area which the hotel was located in. Service was not all that good either as we got charged for a food item we never recieved. And as we checked out one of the workers asked for 10 rupees for no service that was performed."

"There was some initial confusing after booking this hotel. The Expedia entry says "OYO Premium Apple Garden" with the "Whispering Inn" as a landmark. However an email was received after booking which stated the name as the "Highland Hotel" and after walking back and forth past the Whispering Inn several times it wasn't clear where to go. A phone call to OYO and then the hotel manager later and a car was on its way to pick me up at no charge, which was much appreciated. The actual location is...
