"Our room wasn't ready on arrival, but the staff were very friendly when asking us to wait. The only negative was the room we stayed in. Our Aircon on the balcony had ours and the neighbours, which made it impossible to sit outside due to the hot air blowing out and directly on us. The airline should have been positioned to blow outwards and not inwards."

"Unterkunft und Essen war gut.
Bei der Ankunft wurden wir in ein Rollstuhlfreundliches/ behindertengerechtes Zimmer gesteckt. (Duschvorhang, überall Haltgriffe, tiefes Waschbecken, behindertengerechtes ) Als wir ein anderes wollten, wurde erstmal diskutier. Am nächsten Tag wurde uns jedoch ein normales Zimmer angeboten. Personal ist freundlich, jedoch werden beim Essen wenn niemand am Tisch sitzt, sofort volle Gläser abgeräumt. Insgesamt ein schöner aber nicht hervorragender All inclusive...
