"Friendly staff with overzealous security. The hotel security is keen to keep the other visitors away but can’t talk in English which led to our child being harassed as he couldn’t speak the local language. Complained to the duty manager who was very apologetic. Security staff need more training so that they don’t harass the hotel guests. Feel that management needs to take responsibility for this situation as staff are simply following instructions. "

For meals, we frequently had Manoj as our server, who was very attentive and knowledgeable. The pool has a very unique jungle theme, and is quite large. Benches around the pool are often taken during busy season. Highly recommend this resort!"
