"This hotel is stunning. It sits on a lovely pond by the lake, with exquisite grounds and a gorgeous courtyard whose water feature is impressive by day or night. The lobby is enormous and austere, the spa delightful and the pool beautiful as well, though I'd recommend finding hours when it's less busy. "First thing I noticed when arriving at Crowne Plaza Kunming City Centre is very nice short drive-way direct to the main entrance, under covered. Check-in was smooth and fast. "更多的不满来自于对网站的不满意，我预定了3个晚上，每个晚上都是1个大床1个双人间。第一天抵达酒店已经凌晨了，酒店告诉我只接收到1个大床房的订单，而且还给我准备了一个加床，无论如何查询也找不到另外1个双人间的订单，结果3个男人挤在一间大床房+加床的房间里面睡的。第二天找网站和酒店确认另外一间房的情况，确认了一上午也没有结果。真的让人很郁闷，一上午都呆在房间里什么也干不了，只剩下呵呵了。这种效率让人揪心，还敢不敢用了？"
