"This resort was clean and the people were very friendly. But let’s face it, it’s a bit past its prime. We weren’t there for the hotel, we came to visit Jeans street. This place provided what we needed. A nice Japanese style room (bamboo floors and futons) a nice private bath and nice breakfast. It was really a nice place, just older. The hotel might be a reflection of the once vibrant city. The amusement park near by appears to still be functioning. I think Jeans street and a few other attractions are keeping this place alive. We did notice that lots of Japanese tourist still visit this resort. It’s still a place to come and one of the only options for the area. But for us, we found it outdated and a little stuffy. (My husband has tattoos and we got some frowns.)"
