"The room was adequate, there was only warmish water, not hot, but the staff were all friendly and helpful. The Nepali food in the restaurant was good and it is a pleasant setting. Wifi worked well.The location was very convenient to walk to Devghat and buses westward. We would definitely stay here again."

"Loved my stay here. Very nicely run lodge— a great choice in the area that provides an upscale experience for a very reasonable amount. The staff were all lovely, the owner ever-present, making sure you’re having a great stay. But the stand-outs were the safari guides, who were so friendly and knowledgeable and worked very hard to ensure a great experience in the park. Saw tons of animals—so many rhinos!—but sadly no tigers, though the guides were super committed to trying to spot."

"We enjoyed our two night stay at Bandipur Village Inn. Our room was comfortable and bright with 3 large windows and a lovely view. It is located next to the Tundihkil park viewpoint and easy walking distance on a path to the village center. Be prepared for the village lads to stsrt playing football at first light every morning!"

"We stayed at the Vivanta for three nights in April and loved it! The hotel is beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable but what we loved most was the staff. I don’t remember being treated better at any hotel. From check in to the wait staff, hostess, manager and even the chef, we were treated like family and taken care of so well that we hated to leave. We will be back Vivanta! "

"Schönes und sauberes Zimmer in sehr traditionellem und wunderschön gepflegtem Haus, sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, sehr gutes und ausgiebiges Frühstück frisch zubereitet, superzentral gelegen in der Main street von Bandipur, Fenster mit traditionellen Läden zum Schliessen nach innen, kein Fensterglas, Bad sehr sauber, warme Dusche...wir waren sehr zufrieden! Buchung via App war novh etwas "Neuland" für den Owner...no English...mit Nepali Guide übersetzt. "
