"We were impressed with the hotel facilities and your clan the room was. The service was excellent and the staff ensure our stay was comfortable. My only gripe was that the room mattress was a little soft , not ideal for back related issues.
The reception were quick to address any issues, if we had any.
Breakfast was ok. We also attended their New Year Gala Dinner which was entertaining and the food was nice.

"Stayed for 2 nights during a 2 week business trip to India. This newly built hotel is STUNNING. The private grounds feel personal, spacious & luxurious. 3 of us stayed and had a Signature lodge each. Beautiful rooms. Comfy beds. Food at the hotel is delicious.The hotel organised Safari for us (Jeep & Boat) which were both incredible. "
"This was one of my favourite places I have stayed. Location amazing on their coffee plantation. Beautiful walks and amazing food. The staff can’t do enough for you and the swimming pool is lovely too. 3 beautiful dogs to keep you company too. "

Thomas, der Manager, liest den Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und ist so nett. Die weitere Damen und Herren sind aufmerksam und nett!
Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ein bisschen Schliff gebrauchen. Das hat meinen Aufenthalt aber in kleinster Weise negativ beeinflusst."

It's a nice place for a lazy stay. only limitation is that the room I chose weren't facing the Banasura hills but I got royal family suite complementary for a day. Hence I can forget it.

"We stayed two nights in this really beautiful place, embedded in lush surrounding. It was so peaceful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went with on a morning walk in the surrounding forest, guided by a very talented member of the staff who could show us lots of things! There was also good spa and a restaurant which served all kind of food. The pool was also nice. The place is fantastic, we really recommend a visit there!"
