While we did not speak Japanese and the staff did not speak English, they used a translation tool for conversation and didn't let that be a barrier. "The breakfast included was fresh and filling with local foods included. They still took time to best explain everything even with the language barrier. The staff was helpful and from the private onsen to the room, everything was very clean. Very close to the town center without the possible noise and foot traffic if it was any closer. I would stay here again and recommend to my friends and family."
