"Nice clean place. Very friendly staff. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Our family of four fit in reasonably well, although the room did seem bigger in the pictures. Nijo castle is very close, but for everything else we took an Uber. Location is not very central, but close enough to, say, Kamo river. All in all, a very pleasant experience."

"The room I got was very good for the price. It was perfectly clean and had all the amenities I wanted plus some extras, like they provided detergent for the washing machine. The location is nice (1 block away from a subway station) and the staff are efficient. The only thing I disliked is that they want you to leave your keys with the front desk whenever you leave the hotel, which is strange and could cause problems, but thankfully I avoided any such problems."

"Room was very clean ans spacious. It also had a small kitchen and a washing machine and it was really handy. Located right center of Gion and really recommend this place to anyone. Only thing is that they dont do room clean, If you want room to be cleaned then you have to pay for it."
