leaky toilet and mozzies

the shower takes about 20 minutes to get hot the toilet leaks and the were mosquitoes everywhere I must have killed like 8 in the first hour alone

Cheap hotel

The price was right. Was a bit under renovation when we stayed. Room wasn't very clean, dirty sheets. Still cheap room, was good enough for us.

Exceeding expectation

This cute hotel is situated on a big road; easily accessible from any direction. Everything just works fine in the room except for the wifi, which is a non-issue, since I have three smart gadgets --all with the best available 3.5G plan (Telkomsel)-- with me all the time. Hot water is available all the time, which is a star parameter for me. Clean swimming pool is right in front of my door. Car parking space is available for 2 cars at the maximum, since there are always some motorcycle requiring some space too. TV channels are a waste of time, but I hardly need it, but it is there, which is a big plus, especially for those travelling with portable dvd player.

Tolles Hotel 3 Gehminuten zum Monkey Forrest

Das Hotel ist in ruhiger Lage. eine der großen Einkaufsstraßen kann man zu Fuß jedoch über einen Weg nehmen der nur für Fußgänger und Mopeds befahrbar ist. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Früstück wurde uns morgens auf die Terasse gebracht. Die Anlage bzw Garten ist sehr gepflegt.

Lite utanför

Hotellet var superbra och fräscht! Poolen ligger inte i solen dock. Det är ca 20-25 min promenad till "centrum" och till stranden vilket var ett stort minus för oss. Men har man inga problem med att bo lite utanför rekommenderar jag hotellet!

Good hotel

+ very friendly staff + free shuttle bus to kuta beach or kuta city + they organized a driver for us (you have to negotiate - the best way is to speak to the driver by yourself) + free breakfast (toast, jelly, rice, noodles, chicken, vegetables and some fruits - black coffee, juice, water) + the wifi worked very well, also in the rooms + 20 minutes with the taxi from the city (because of all the traffic) - pool is okay, we didn't used it, it is in an inner courtyard

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig

Wir waren 1 Woche im Gosyen Hotel. Es war ok. Unser Zimmer war relativ groß und in guter Lage in der Nähe zum Kuta Beach (etwa 20 min. Fußweg). Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, jedoch wurde bei uns der Boden nicht richtig gewischt. In puncto Sauberkeit sollte man unbedingt noch das ein oder andere verbessern. Das Personal war stets nett. Essen können wir nicht bewerten, da nur Übernachtung gebucht. Fazit: Zum Schlafen okay aber muss nicht nochmal sein.

Horrible Experience

Arrived in Bali and to the hotel at 3am. Where we were told that there was a computer glitch and that they had put our family up at a hotel a few blocks down. We were understanding at this point. Woke up in the morning and took our luggage back to this hotel so we could sight-see during the day. Came back about 8pm that night to check into our room and they said maintenance hadn't been able to fix our room?!? Now, they would be putting us up for 1 night in another room. I requested that we then stay at the other hotel the next 2 nights as we weren't packing everything up again. Also, they had only gotten us a room with 1 bed the night before but our reservation was for a king and sofa pull-out what we received was 1 full sized bed for 4 people. They ended up putting us up in their hotel but with 1 bed and 1 cot. Again, not what we paid for. They said they would refund us money as we didn't receive what we had paid for but we still haven't seen any money come back.

good hotel to stay if you just want a basic place

we found our stay pleasant good place to stay if you are out and about doing things all day and don't want to pay big dollors and just want a place to sleep and shower.The staff are lovely and very helpful breakfast was tasty its not to far to walk to the main area of legian and there is a mini mart right across the road. My only negative I could give is the shower could be cleaner and the towels have seen better days. But all in all we enjoyed our sleep and showers there.Thankyou to the helpful staff they are lovely and that is what makes this hotel.

Hotel accueillant a 15 min de la plage

Arrivées de nuit, nous n'avons pas été déçues par Notre 1er hotel à Bali ! Le prix trés attractif du fait de la saison basse, n'a pas entamé les sourires du personnel et encore moins les prestations de l'hotel ! Juste un bémol: la piscine est tres jolie mais pas ensoleillée donc assez fraîche malgré la température externe!

Nice, clean and good staff.

Nice and clean, room cleaned daily. Ground floor suite leading to pool. Walked to Kuta daily, was a little further than I hoped and had to watch where you walked as many obsticles holes, slippery paths along the way. Easy 2-3 bucks in taxi though. Only fault I would mention which didn't really bother me was shower had hot water only one day out of 7. Breakfast was ok with 4 local dishes, fruit, toast, tea coffee and juice. No lunch or dinner served. Coffee shop upstairs and 24hr conv. Store across road. Overall recommend for budget price if you don't mind not being in the heart of Kuta.

Great location, wonderful staff

I had a fantastic sleep in this hotel, the location is great and the staff were so helpful. I hv only one small complaint that the room smelt of smoke and I think guests should be fined for smoking in the hotel as the windows are dead glass and the smell sticks to everything. But other than this it is a very nice boutique hotel.

clean and comfortable

I initially booked for three days with the intention of moving to another for two days. My first impression was good, warm and friendly staff and very clean foyer and good room with comfy bed. All I wanted was a hot shower after 16 hours in transit but the water was Luke warm. I mentioned this to the staff and within the hour all was fixed with super hot water. Good service very good for Bali. During the hour they took to fix this small problem I did go check out another hotel I stayed at to see if rooms where available, they were but I decided to stay for the five days as staff were friendly and as I said very clean as only a year old. The only down side to the hotel is that the tiles next to the pool are very slippery when wet but they did squidgy and dry them regularly. The location is great for getting to and from airport but it is a 1 km walk to good shopping areas if you don't ride a motor bike or catch taxis. For me overall this is a nice place to stay and relaxing. Oh yes, there is a coffee shop above the foyer with a pool table and I must say the coffee was great to say the least their only problem is the air conditioners don't work and it can be hot in there, the staff there are also very friendly.
