"Hotel advertised adjoining rooms. With my booking of 2 rooms I made the request for rooms to adjoin. Upon checkin we were told our rooms could not be together. Also, each night we had to request bath towels. The first night we had to call twice and the second night it took 4 phone calls before we received our towels. The room had been cleaned and towels taken away but not replaced. Not overly impressed with the service. The

buffet was reasonable. Pools were clean, but not heated. "
